Story
Asbestoswise will be taking part in the 2013 Melbourne Marathon Festival and hoping to raise much needed funds to prevent asbestos related disease and support those living with an asbestos related disease.
This October, we'll be sweating it out and doing our best to complete a gruelling course through the streets of Melbourne and ending back at the world famous MCG!
We are honoured to be a part of this amazing race and helping a great cause, and we would really appreciate your support in this endeavour.

Asbestoswise
Asbestoswise is a not-for-profit organisation providing information, support, advocacy, education and awareness
to the community with a focus on people with an asbestos related disease (ARD). The organisation and its
forerunners the Asbestos Information and Support Service (AISS) and the Asbestos Diseases Society of Victoria
(ADSVIC) have been providing free services to the community for over 20 years.
Asbestoswise runs a helpline for members of the public who require referral or information about asbestos and
asbestos related diseases, and provides one-on-one support and group support opportunities for people living
with an asbestos related disease and their families.
