Story
'Team Liam & Grace'
Running for Cystic Fibrosis
On October 13th, Kirsty Bowness, Stephen Bowness (Liam & Grace's parents), and close family friend Sarah Koel will all run the Half Marathon to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis Research. Liam & Grace's Uncle Glen is also running this year, another amazing effort in his fourth year as a team member.
Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition which severely affects the lungs and digestive system, and as yet there is no cure.
Sponsor our team and help improve the health and future of gorgeous siblings Liam & Grace (pictured) and all others out there with CF.
All donations will go to The Royal Children's Hospital Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust.
Our team has raised 33,000 over the previous 3 years and in our final year we are hoping to bring that amount to $40,000.
Help us reach this goal and be part of our endeavor to pave the way towards a cure!
Thank you for supporting a cause so close to our hearts,
Team Liam & Grace

Activity
The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation
The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne is one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals, and has been caring for our most vulnerable children and their families for 150 years.
The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation is responsible for raising and distributing funds to support the work of the hospital. All donated funds are used to bridge the gap between government funding and the world-class standard of healthcare the hospital provides.
Generous community support helps to sustain the hospital’s role as international leader tackling some of the world's biggest paediatric health issues. Donated funds drive the hospital’s growth, are utilised only for purposes of excellence, and support the most innovative, life-changing programs and initiatives – that would otherwise not exist – in line with the hospital’s priorities across the areas of research, leadership & training, technology & equipment, and patient and family centered care.
